My Christmas Gift to My Self

Happy New Years!!! Wow its 2013 , I feel so futuristic lol I didn't write down any resolution this year because honestly they never last. Plus I shouldn't change just because its a new year. I need to make major changes in my live daily.

I know I am super late with my Christmas goodies. But I just had to share some things I bought from Forever 21. I was watching a video on YouTube  a guy stated that sometimes when you buy things, don't buy your normal pair of jeans on a plain dress. Buy things that make a statement and buy things you know in the back of your mind your to scared to wear because you don't want to be judged!!! So thats what I did, I found clothes That would be to scared to wear or i wouldn't normally buy. Well everyone should know that right before Christmas F21 had a big 50% of sale.  I was super lucky to have stopped by and found theses wonderful statement pieces!!

I was so happy when I saw this. I didn't have anything leather and now I do!!! The sleeves are leather and the from and back of the jacket is made from some type of wool material.

When I saw this dress I thought I could never wear anything like this. But once I tried it on I was so pleased. I looked great in it. I love the neon green and royal blue combination. Its real funky but sexy at the same time.

The front has a slit. I don't have big breast so I don't have a problem with that. It comes with a neon green belt. Which I love. I can remove it when I'm ready and mitch and match belts. 

The first picture is in dim lighting and the second one is with the flash on. It has a rich gold color and the material is really elastic. This has to be one of my fav's right now in my closet. I can't wait to wear it!!

I have a new addiction.... Nail polish. They are cheap and you can do so much with it! So recently I bought 3 new ones from CVS. They were a $1 each!! So I couldn't pass it down. Plus I didn't have the colors, so I bought them and now I am in love! lol

The nail polish comes on very creamy. Similar to OPI! (my opinion) 

(I did my nails. I just bought a pack of nails from the beauty supply store and glued those suckers on. They look great to me. Some people thought they were professionally done! lol  

The brush head is not like the usual nail polish applicator brush. It's slightly angled, so it can reach the corners of your nails.

Over all: I like it. I would definitely buy more!! I mean its a $1, why wouldn't I?

Now that I am out of school I can take time and do my nails. Trying to do designs are hard. But with practice, a steady hand, and a good imagination you can create anything. So here are my results!

Black Lines

To make the dots I used a pin and stick it to an eraser and dip the other round end in the nail polish.

CVS, Walgreens and the Dollar store has nice nail polishes for a $1. So if you don't have money for OPI (like myself) these are cheaper. Yes they have some cons but what doesn't?

In November I went to e.l.f. online because they were having a sale... I only shop online only if there's a sale going on or free shipping. I believe the sale was if you bought $20 worth of e.l.f. products you get 50 % off. So I went crazy. Everything I bought was for a $1.00 each!! :) e.l.f. products are very affordable and you can buy all your make up product on the site.

Cons:
 1.The lips sticks are very cheap :( the orange one broke in half.
2. If you order your products during the holiday season or around a big sale it will take about 2 weeks to come.

So go and check them out they are always having sales around the holidays, I think it's worth it if you want to save some money. Plus there products will be cute gifts for your friends and family (ladies of course)!!!
