In or Out?

Hello Beautiful :) So I was looking through some pictures and I noticed this young man wearing this interesting out fit. I was so confused. Why is he wearing a skirt? Is that cute for guys to start wearing skirts now? Yes some men where skirts in other parts of the world, but they look good wearing it and this young man looks busted...

I really think the outfit would of looked decent if he took of the skirt and removed that rag around his ankle. So what do you think it this out fit "In or Out"?

Yes, I know, not sure what to say??? I'm not sure why she left the house looking like that. I think the outfit would have looked better if she took off those leggings and changed her lip color. What do you think IN or OuT?

I was speechless when I saw this picture. I couldn't tell if it was a male or female!!! Then I noticed same facial hair and I realized it was a man. There is to much going on in this picture. I think "it" just woke up and threw things on, honestly.
